We require 50% deposit prior to booking. The other 50% of the treatment price will be taken on the day. The deposits for any cancellations or rescheduling made within the 24-hour time of your appointment will be kept and can’t be refunded.
Cancel or reschedule for free anytime outside of the 24-hour cancellation period to avoid being charged.
We can’t accept bookings for anyone under the age of 18 for any of our treatments.
Unfortunately, we can’t reserve any appointments without a deposit at the time of booking.
When booking a treatment using a gift voucher, you will not have to pay a deposit. However, we will need the gift voucher code so it can be redeemed later or charged within our cancellation policy.
Our gift vouchers can be used any time – they do not have an expiry date
Gift Vouchers can only be bought online or in-store. We do not post vouchers to you.
Any inappropriate behaviour in-store, over the phone or in treatment rooms will not be tolerated and would result in a complete ban from using our services
